Can I  just say that I am overwhelmed by the quality of all of your staff.

 I have had numerous occasions over the last few years to speak with some of your team and they have all excelled.

Today as mentioned I have booked 2 cabins with Ian (Independence of the Seas 21/12/2010), and yet again he’s been excellent.

I don’t know what you put in the water up there but can you send some of it down here !!! I need staff like yours please !!
