Lake Wilson Preserve is a picturesque enclave of 96 homes built in a Mediterranean style and situated in a peaceful conservation area on Old Lake Wilson Road.
This enviable location neighbours the facilities available at Reunion and Champions Gate with its Internationally renowned golf courses and it's just a 10 minute drive to the main entraces of Walt Disney World. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket on the nearby 192 Highway and the I4 interstate is easily reached for trips further afield.
The Home
Each of the 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas is air conditionned and features at least 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge and dining area, cable TV and 'intelligent' telephone systems (with many restaurant take away services/theme park box offices and other services pre-programmed for your convenience) - additionally, around 90% of the homes we feature on Lake Wilson now have high speed internet access.
Each villa has a private swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Floridian sunsets - barbecues are generally available for rental. Some of the 4 and 5 bedroom villas have a jacuzzi which is available for an additional supplement. The villas on Lake Wilson are beautifully furnished and all have a Spanish tiled roof and block paved driveway. As this development is set on and surrounded by wild conservation area, some of the villas feature views over the reserve areas or small lakes.
Communal Facilities:
There are no communal facilities available at Lake Wilson, the development is generally small and quite peaceful in comparison to some of the larger developments in the Orlando area
